Preemptive Strike--The Secret Plan that Would Have Prevented the Attack on Pearl Harbor

As mentioned on page 2 of this website dealing with the Flying Tigers Film Proposal, Alan, at the suggestion of Bill Wages, wrote a manuscript in 2003, "Preemptive Strike--The Secret Plan that Would Have Prevented the Attack on Pearl Harbor." This will be published as a book in the spring of 2006 by Lyons Press. A short synopsis of this work is set forth below.
